Game Time.

On my day off which was on Monday, I got myself a basketball kit, Nike shoes and of course the ball. All geared up to shoot some hoops which I did at the nearest basketball court from where I live. Just earlier, played for two hours and it was so much fun.
This Friday, a couple of my guy mates gonna be playing street soccer and I´m going join them right after work. Looking forward to that as it has been awhile since in high soccer where I was the only girl in the whole school that played soccer. The only thing I hate doing, is to head the ball. Don´t like that at all.
As for tomorrow, thinking whether I should get up early for a easy swim or to sleep long. Starting work late so perhaps.
Sprained left shoulder.

I have been working out the past three days. Last Saturday, went for a couple of laps in the pool, Sunday an hour and half at the gym working out my upper body with weight training and on Monday did a couple of laps again in the pool. Now, my shoulder hurts alot. My mistake was not stretching properly in the beginning of each workout and after.
I wanted to do some easy running today after returning from work but I guess I should give my body a day break and not over do it. Tomorrow, will be my day off and planning to do light weight training at home using 3.5kg weights targeting my triceps and biceps.
As for nutrition wise, I have been contemplating on which protein shake I should get but the thing is I´m not too keen to start using it as well, if I somehow stop training and still drinking the protein shake, it´ll eventually turn into fat. If you have a suggestion on which I can start off with or an alternative, do share!
